Every task is documented with a prompt level showing exactly how much assistance was needed. Behavioral observations are recorded using a structured 12-behavior framework each visit. Session-based Electronic Visit Verification confirms caregivers clock in and out from the client’s home automatically.
Every client starts with a full RN assessment and an Individualized Service Plan. Our Supervising RN reviews documentation and conducts in-home supervisory visits every 60 days.
